I can see it has been drawn on creditcard but no notification about reward.
It can take up to 24 hours.

it has been 24 hours and I have done it 11 times before so I know how it works. Still nothing to claim and I have closed both game and Battle.net and restarted them.
Too bad since this is the explorer transmog set and I really looked forward to this one.
You could then create a ticket to see where the problem lies:
