Hello, i made a post in General about this and i got the answer that pretty much is a bug or something is not working so i make this post here.
About a month ago, i made a second account bought while i RaF it with my main account, and when i put game time on i got the pet reward Rikki. Two days ago i bought a third account (with RaF) put game time on the new account and on my second account since i had like 7 days of game time left, and from that i got 30 days on my main account as a reward (2nd month). But since i purchased two months of game time two days ago and one month of game time 25ish days ago, i should be on the third month of rewards (Camel mount) but i only got the 30 days play time reward (2nd month). I used the boost and everything so my account is not on starter edition i can play it normally it just didnt give me the third month reward.

By adding more gametime to the recruited accounts you will secure the rewards for your Recruiter account.
Though as mentioned in the FAQ ‘Rewards’ section for Recruit a Friend, on adding additional time to a recruited account that is more than 30 days in 1 period you will only be granted immediately the next reward. The rewards after that will be granted to your Recruiter account at 1 per month based on the additional time that was added.
By adding the 2 months at once you’ve been sent a reward for this month immediately and the next reward will be available to your Recruiter account next month without further gametime being added to the recruited accounts.
Missing my third month reward and i wrote a ticket about it and got this answer back :

First let me apologise for the long wait time for our response - our queues are rather large right now but we are working to answer everyone’s tickets as soon as possible. 
Regarding your ticket, it can take up to 8 days for the recruit a friend rewards to be delivered once earned. Looking at your account, I can see an unclaimed paid friend reward - this should be the January reward - I guess it appeared after you opened ticket ticket
Can you double check you’re able to receive the reward and get back to us if you still have issues please?

And to be honest i really dont find it satisfying since im still not able to claim my reward and i now wrote a new ticket and have 3 days waiting time on it too just like the first ticket i wrote. How difficult can it be to sort it the first time he say he can see i have a unclaimed reward but it doesnt help me when i cant claim it, i did attach a link with picture showing it and to be honest im in doubt if he even looked at it.
Hi Pixur! Not all cases that seem alike are the same. Is it possible that there was a problem with your friends payment or it was still queued maybe? You’d have to check with them first to make sure the payment cleared successfully.
Should the order have completed successfully can you please reach out again to Support from your current ticket to confirm things seem fine with the link and rewards, as there could be a problem they’re able to track down and resolve for you.
Really sorry I don’t have an answer for you here directly but the GMs should be able to determine if there’s anything missing now. Don’t forget we do also have a Live Chat service through the website which is open regularly each day so hopefully you get time to chat to a GM instead of having to wait 3 days :).
From what I understand. You get the RAF rewards every 30 days of game time. If you buy three months, you get one now, one in a month and the third reward in two months. Since you had 7 days left, once those days pass and the “new” 30 days start, the reward should appear for you.
I have attached photos of the payment of my friend so all is in order there.
@ Coniferus, if you look at my post you can see he write that i have a “unclaimed gift” to me it shows as a grey square and i dont have any option to claim it.

It can take up to 24 hours for your bank to confirm or deny payment to World of Warcraft. In that time, your money is not “gone” it is “reserved” to stop you spending it a second time by mistake, it just looks like its gone.
While Blizzard is waiting for the funds to be cleared, they permit you to play, with certain restrictions.
If the situation does not change after 24 hours, then you will need to make a ticket and speak to a GM, as the forum staff have no access to accounts or payment systems.
my money are not reserved but take at 31.12.2019 today are 07.01. 2020 and still my friend don’t got her reward. its very bad and if we make a ticket we need to w8 3-10 days until blizzard answer its not ok .
