Recruitment on horde side?

Hi,

I am curious, does anyone know for sure what guild recruitment is like on horde side for healers?

I have 2 healers both around 200 item level and for over 2 months I have been unable to find any English speaking guilds on the 8 linked alliance realms actively recruiting healers.

This is becoming increasingly frustrating as I was of the understanding that these realms are alliance heavy but this doesn’t seem the case as all I see in Oribos is 99% horde.

I am prepared to faction change if need be, but need to be certain there is a demand.
