When I put Recuperate with my male draenei.
Noticed this “fan” thing is glitched air from hand.

Best thing to do is report it as a bug ingame so it goes straight to the people who can fix it.

I don’t know - try to see if you can add it. They do always ask for as much details and screenshots etc so presumably you can.
