When logging in all servers are red, and I just get disconnected when I try to press one of the servers. The support told me to “scan and repair” but I can’t even press that button (It’s grey). They also suggested I reinstall battlenet, but that didn’t work either…??

So this is usally due to your client being out of date. If it’s not updating automatically, try this:
Firstly, please fully close the Blizzard App, and any Blizzard games, and then uninstall the App as per this guide:
Next, please delete all the Blizzard App files, some of which may be left over after uninstallation, by following this guide:
Finally, please download and install the App again via this link:
That should once run get things updating.
