hi can somebody here help me please ? im so frustrated by web ticket support!
i redeemed a dark portal pass code for the stupid 2nd account on my battlenet which is starter edition crap and doesnt even have a subscription! i wrote a ticket and asked for a refund or any help i can get. after 3 days!!! GM gives me basically this answer(NO!).
i havent even used that boost on any character its just there in that account i cant even access it before paying for a sub! this is digital world and thats a digital product! bunch of codes! you can literally modify anything! just delete it from that account and give me 40EU battlenet balance on my actual account! what part of this is hard or impossible for you? its not rocket science!

That said, I am very surprised that a GM said no given the circumstances. However the forum staff are not able to assist with these cases, only a GM can (forum staff are not GM’s).
I suggest that you reopen the ticket as not resolved, and ask for the decision to be reviewed. However I suspect that theres something you’re not telling, because… “No” is a very weird response for something that happens often.
honestly im a noob! i didint even know that account exists untill this problem happened! when i redeemed the code the client as defualt chose that account and …!
and i didnt say GM said just “NO” i said that answer was basically just a NO after 3 days of waiting!

I can totally understand why you are contacting about this issue. You would like to have the key back. I`m sorry but that is simply not possible. Once a key is used, it no longer useable. This can not be reverted. Sorry.

As Trovlak mentioned, sadly we are not able to look into or assist with this kind of situations on the forum.
From my understanding of your issue, it sounds like you claimed a gifted code. While it is true that any code cannot be reused once claimed, I would recommend getting back to our Support Team and try to explain the situation. A replacement code is unlikely, but there may be a possibility of a refund, if the purchase was a gift.
