Reforge Id missing from Itemlinks (build 54217)

Reproduction.
Visit Arcane Reforger > Reforge an item (example: HandSlot - 10)

/dump GetInventoryItemLink("player",10)

Observe 10th field of the itemstring (after level) being empty.
Likewise restore the item > dump the link again, observe the itemstring does not change.

Additionally the item tooltip for Reforged items shows the reforged to stat in green but is missing the “Reforged” tag under the item name.
