Refuge Point Candy Bucket bugged for 12+ years

Trying to complete the Halloween Eastern Kingdoms candy bucked challenge, just have Refuge Point left and I get there and nothing to be seen, do some googling and find out it was bugged 12 years ago and seemingly is still bugged??? is this actually for real? And you wonder why people quit the game in droves. Utter P*ss take

Did you speak to Zidormi to change time zone?

Talk to the NPC at the broken bridge down south, marked by a Speech icon on your map. There’s different phases of the zone.

I completed the quest just yesterday as punyelf said talk to zidormi

Sorry, but I dont see any Refuge Camp on the list.
It worked a few years ago when I did it.

Think it’s Refuge Point as Alliance, Hammerfall as Horde.

I did but thats for the Blasted Lands, this is for Arathi Highlands, i flew straight there after doing Blased lands

You still need to talk to the timey whimey npc in Arathi to get the right version.

They are located near the bridge.
