Refund crafted item?

I have just committed one of the dumbest mistakes possible in WoW…

I wanted to craft an Agi dagger with a spark, embellishment and the 619 power from the questline. There is another dagger with Int, with nearly the same name and the EXACT same icon.
I had to send the work order a few times, each time making sure I actually pick the correct dagger.
Well the last time I sent the order, I accidentally clicked on the wrong one. And of course this workorder was then completed.

I now have a useless dagger, 1 missing spark and the only free 619 power gone.

Is there any way to revert or refund this crafted item?
Or is it just “gg, it’s your fault, that limited resource is now gone forever”?
This happened 10 minutes ago.

And yes, it’s ok to laugh at me.

Sorry to say, but that’s exactly the answer.

They won’t refund/revert anything. If it can’t be done via item restoration or vendor refund in game then there’s no way to reverse it.

We all have made likewise mistakes that can not be corrected anymore.
Take your loss and start all over.

The EXACT same icon matter is a real ingame problem.
They need to do something about that.

Yeah I agree with that. I got caught out similar to the OP because DF S3 and S4 sparks used the same icon. From reading forum posts at the time I know quite a few others did too.

Trust me, I tried multiple tickets to the GM’s. A big fat no everytime.
