Refund Policy?

As Title says - what’s the refund policy on Subscriptions?

I am a returning Wotlk player who decided to start fresh with some friends to hit the nostalgia pipe and rolled on Thekal. I see now everybody else has the same idea - After all it was Blizzards most successful expansion ever.

After getting home from work at 5pm and now being stuck in an estimated 7.5h Queue I now realise that this game will currently be unplayable for me, essentially i’ve just handed over my money for absolutely nothing.

Can I get an update from a Mod please if they even watch these forums?

They laid off most of the human beings in customer support, so don’t hold out hope.

Their customer support went from a 10 to 1 real quick. Activision just had to mess it up.
