How can we get a refund for the preorder of Shadowlands? I fell for that false advertising which said the release will be end of october and now i want my money back.
Wanted to come back for sl after playing classic since release but not like this. Retail just died for me again

You forgot to mention that they don’t even bother to give beta keys to their loyal members… Instead of that they give it to the clowns youtubers

Not to mention how pissed i am now, for taking 2 week i took for relaxed enjoyment of playing launch which is not happening now!
I only bought Shadowlands when there was a date set for it to show up. And now there isn’t even a date. Everyone around me gets beta so at least they can try out stuff. I, playing dayly since the first expansion, raiding weekly, doing my mythic plus, pvp and all the stuff, gets nothing. I think I’m gonna call my creditcard to revoke the payment. And find another game to play.
They’re still adding people to the beta so you could be lucky.
I would suggest, if you haven’t used any of the things that came with SL, you ask Blizzard for a refund. Don’t go the chargeback route.
yeah I’ve been messing around on ptr and just not finding any joy in any classes. Id prepurchased the epic edition but just putting it down as a loss and means I can jump in later if I fancy it.
If I’m honest I think I’m just done with WoW in general to be honest. Sick of all the grinds and borrowed power every expansion and the constant reworking of classes yet still managing to keep the same unbalance and the same specs remaining at the top.
Shame there aren’t any other decent mmos to play currently.
i would like a answer aswell. Blizzard will have had my pre order money for over a year and still nothing to show for it. they gave us a release date so i took annual leave for it and now probs wont get to enjoy playing the game without worrying for work. ,never once have blizzard push something major as a new launch back. i find it shocking that the game been devloped for 2 years then this. dont give the oh covid bullsh*t, thats been around for around 8 months… Is this the true start to the end of WOW ?
on the other hand its good that Blizzard what to fix things but why leave it so late to announce the delay!!!
As always if you want to ask for a refund you can send in a ticket through the website or ingame, and Customer Support will check this for you.

Everyone who pre-ordered should have received an email from Blizzard, including a way to obtain a refund.
I think anyone that is pushing for a refund and then is going I’m a valued player and should have a beta key, is exactly the attitude and reason as to why you should never get one. The delay for game is clearly needed. Let’s be honest we’d rather have a finished game than a broken pile of mess.
Its not the fact of they delayed the game its the fact of the way the entire thing has been handled, people have booked time off for launch and people paid for this game other overs for its so called 27th launch. some people cant buy every game and have to pick a choose. Next up why delay the game within 3 weeks of launch when they knew the game was not up to scratch back in june!!! This type of thing is expected from indie companies who lack resources not someone like blizzard that has near to endless resource power! The whole thing is a shambles!
if you think an extra month or two is going to stop it being a broken mess then you haven’t been paying attention.
Their main systems in covenants and the other prop ups such as soul binds are completely broken. They cant be balanced. This means that your class and spec will have to choose a certain covenant for a specific area of play… and then be locked into it.
The fact they have nerfed base classes to fit into their tack on system says it all (see demon huntard as prime example).
Why not just remove these borrowed powers and just fix the base classes?!
This will then repeat the cycle next expansion. Your class ends up feeling worse until you unlock said borrowed power then at the end of the expansion its torn away from you, rinse and repeat.
