I accidently pre-purchased war-within for us and i wanted a refund but the payment is not shown in the transactions or refund tab of b-net account altho i can play the game in the launcher ,i opened a ticket but they responded like a bot telling me to check again,if not,then my account is not eligible,but i did not even launch the game and i opened a ticked after 10 mins of the purchase.What more can i do,i replyed to the ticket and now silence
You have to check for the automated refund on the other region, since you accidentally bought it with U$D here:

Make sure to continue staying out of the game in the meantime while you ask for a refund.

I guess you’ll have to wait on the ticket answer then after your last reply to it.
A GM will have to manually check if you’re eligible for a refund.
