Hi all,
I’ve seen recently that there are players on here who are defending blizzard’s ineptness during launch night for specific realms, or they are genuinely questioning the intelligence of players who complain about it, with comments such as “Well, its launch night, what do you expect, get over it” or “Everyone trying to log in at once, not their fault”
Il explain, for you all, why it is their fault.
They are a multi billion dollar company who have had 16 years of previous experience from the launches of new expansions, to major content patch roll outs. It is absolutely inexcusable that a company of this magnitude takes a subscription every month, AND charges you for expansions, and is unable to allow you to play the game, alone or with your friends, and leaves you behind in the dust.
Its unacceptable, and people should be granted game time, or some form of reparation, this isnt good enough.

Well said sir! Hardware as a service literally exists - server capacity should be agile enough to react to load - like any other company managing big data - its unacceptable!

they never gonna fix this,becasue of this problem some players gonna transfer they char, and char transfer =money so ???
100% true, with their previous experience of launches and their money, not only is this unacceptable, they should have been able to handle theoretically 10 even 100 times the amount of people trying to connect to the same realm.

Whatever you do, do NOT pay for a transfer. We´re giving them so much fkn money as it is and we should be compensated.

I don’t get it either. Kazzak has a little more than 100k active players, that doesn’t sound like a whole lot…? Should be able to have server infrastructure for that.

The simple answer is “they don’t care”. They did not give a s**t when BFA launched so why would they do now? They just take our money wait till people get frustrated and maybe leave after a few weeks then announce that no more issues! They even had the audacity yesterday to tell people that the problem is with our net connection to their servers lol . I mean they really have some nerves…

Is it really that hard to fix a single server? Does it have to be always so bad? Its not even launch day, its post launch day and we are still not playing. Absurd.
This shouldn’t even be about Kazzak or Draenor to be honest.
Regardless of the expected launch issues and regardless of how bad it is right now, the quality of the servers has been a joke for a long time now in general.
It’s time to stop accepting terrible quality overall, this current launch for my server should not be the focus here, that will get fixed in time, just like (albeit a lot worse than) pre patch.
You’ve seen it in Nazjatar battles, you’ve seen it in korraks, you’ve seen it in bgs, hell you’ve seen it in a two expansion old zone prior to the multiboxing ban with druids in suramar, it’s hard to not see it anywhere at times.
It’s time to put the sub money to actual use and give us servers that can actually handle the game. I don’t care about server launch issues, i can understand demand can vastly outperform estimates and what not, what i care about is the general lag you experience on regular day to day gaming in this game.
The amount of lag that has just become accepted in this game is absolutely ridiculous.

I’ll just refund the expansion, i’m starting to wonder why I bought it in the first place and why I came back, if they don’t refund it.. I’ll get my credit card company to get it back fo me

Nah, they have zero need to.
Blizzard’s business model relies on botched launches to generate cash. It’s more cost effective to have a swell and a player drop off than it is to invest in infrastructure.
ye dude sure, a full year of game time will not be even close to equal to me as time being lost right now
I could not agree more. I have been siting here in front of a black char screen for 3 hours now. I would ocasinaly see my toons and get a surge of happines whenever my loading bar stops at 80% just to get another Disconect.

From the start of this problems with servers and specificly with Kazzak we had not a blue post about it yet right?
I think this is just a big fail and since it is only on 2-3 servers and a great problem on Kazzak i think we gonna see nothing to help and repay for all this bad start . 200k accounts arround lets say kazzak players been ruined who cares … thats the reaction i see tbh.
Well not only a free migration but also for the day we lost allready to the game double time xp and drops to catch up with the rest … thats a fair deal + the 1 day on we lost of the month pays… I dont add anything more than that since …
Thats what you OWN us allready if you wanna be fair and work as intended.
Other than that rename Kazzak to CrushagainzzZ .

Not playing on Kazzak. However some friends also complained about it. I guess moving to a less crowded realm can fix the problem.
