Retconned about the same time. I saved a ton of quest quotes for reference in a very unhelpful format but can’t get to it right now. Something about “a full third” being draenei or two thirds turning demon. Presumably convenient shorthand for the given followers of Kil’jaeden, Archimonde and Velen respectively.
I’d rather go no further discussing draenei breeding nor any other problematic population figures.

Maybe full 3rd was against it but definitely not full 3rd escaped. Some were turned forcefuly or remained as partisans under Hatuun, eventuelly turning to Krokuuls.
With all due respect, I will treat that “third” with a grain of salt untill you find it

I guess this will be on Argus part, you dont need to replay entire Legion for that.
If so I’m not optimistic as lines were cut to excise every trace of Eredath’s old name from the game. The oft vaunted throwaway lines that make up so much of major lore implications have a tendency to go away.

Good idea:
Putting some thought into new race/class combos and providing lore for them where it is required.
Bad idea:
Not giving it enough thought and allowing one of the most insane race/class combos possible become available to players.

Alex was perfectly fine conquering the world and only in India had a little hickup… and the warmachine run out steam, but probably if he would’t partied himself in to death ( lets go with that option, cooler) history been different
But the orc with or without corruption or technollogy were not been able to conquer themselves out of a wet paper bag
Fel, 99% of the orcs can’t even find their own behind even witht a map and two sherpa guides… 
In that light, Kil’jaden using the orcs are the best proof how insignificant the Draenei were in the grand scheme of things and in the eye of Sargeras, the Legion and other Eredar; just Kil’jaden obsession and personal hatred, pet project if you will
They not worth the effort to use Atomic bombs, just a few rocks so to speak…
And it’s not over yet, they will allow mechagnome druid and void elf paladin without big toughts either. Just for the sake of allowing it so the “lore doesn’t matter” wierdos get what they want at our expense.

Orcs clearly do, at least when they were juiced up with Fel they actually won a war, while the Iron Horde only got as far as the Blasted Lands and setting up shop in Blackrock Mountain
Yes if it will not be handled well, and Blizzard cannot be trusted in this field. I will probably never be able to deal with LFD lock due to how they handled it - they didn’t, they just thrown a generic powerhungry guy and made him LFD. No depth. Same it will be with Mechadruids (I guess we can call them like that). They will just throw it in without any big tought. And same for Void Elf paladin. Literally opposite powers - meh here you go.

I cannot be unconvinced there were at least five instances of Archie confronting Jaeden about the sheer impracticality of his obsession, the waste of resources and the need to conquer more important worlds as a strategist only to have the red lad storm off, green tears in his eyes to sulk all night about how that big dummy just doesn’t get it!
Velen broke his heart so he broke the universe.
