My question is pretty simple, in dragonflight Season 1, will we be able to upgrade Regular Mythic gear to +13 (415ilvl) the same way we could do on Shadowlands last seasons ?
For exemple, when the mythic + season start, if i go Neltharus(Dungeon from DF but that is not in the season 1 mythic + rotation), and i drop an BiS item, will i be able to upgrade it with valor point to 415 ? So will it drop 1/13 or will items from the 4 ‘‘out of season 1 rotation dungeons’’ will be blocked at 372 ilvl ?
Well it wasnt in previous seasons so i dont think sow it was not like in s4 when you could go to mist that you could upgrade the item from there, it needs to be in the dungeon pool
