I guess unexpected change for blizzard. I hope we get a fix soon. Would be even more weird since the mount is still available on retail.
It’s still in the game and you still get it from meta achievement.
Black drake is the one dropping at 100% in obsidian sanctum.
Why would they switch it to a mega achivement now?
Black drake, not black proto drake.
It’s the mount that formerly dropped from OS3D 10 man. Now it drops the twilight drake (formerly from 25man), so the black drake is effectively gone from the game.
Same with the 10 man Saph quest necks, only 25 version now exists.i
Saph quest? Oh the EoE ones? 10 man variants actually drop from final bosses. Had a duplicate of my Healer’s drop from Kerisztraza during Nexus HC+ when if was daily. Wouldn’t be surprised if Black Drake was a drop from some boss as well.
Can confirm that 10-man healer version of the key neck (Torque of the Red Dragonflight) drops in Nexus HC+ from Keristraza.

Yuuup. Hard to not recognize that one considering there are only handful of neck pieces with gem slots.
Ok because we apparently can’t read hotfixes… OS10 is now supposed to drop Black Drake instead of Twilight one.
ye but it drop neck itself or quest item becouse you still need quest item to be able sum malygos. (i know most ppl not need but still)

You can summon 10-man Malygos with 25-man key.

Can also confirm seeing the caster dps 10 man neck from last boss in oculus hc.
Actually the Heroic Key worked always that way.
