i want yo get this mount but this mount require guild mates to do it with me and no players want do it so i wonder if i join guild did this achievment am i able to get it after i get exalted in that guil rep?
if yea any guild have that achievment in stormscale-horde?

That should indeed work.
As Magiola says, yes. Join a guild with the achievement, get Exalted with the guild, and you can buy it.
Guild Glory of the Cataclysm Raider is a very common achievement, so an awful lot of guilds on Stormscale Horde will have it.
You can look up the armoury for the guild, at
https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/guild/eu/stormscale/(Guild_Name_Here)/achievements/dungeons-raids
to check that they have the achievement.
What he said. Using the special guild tabards also let’s you get rep faster. But it should be easy enough in general.
If there is another raid achievement you want, you can always try to get some guildmates together yourself.
You only need 8 people for the 10 man raids to get the achievements if I’m not mistaken.
Btw, if you don’t want to leave your current guild, you can always do this on your alt.
