is this mount still obtainable via quests if so please tell me how? i followed a guide and there was no npc to talk to
So far as I remember, you do a long chain of quests to get enough rep to do a daily quest which gives spoils of Hyldnir. The bear has a small chance of being in the spoils. Basically you have to do the daily every day and hope that one day it’ll be there. It took me a long time, from memory. Which was the missing npc?

It was done a year ago which means it was working ok in Shadowlands. There’s always a chance they’ve changed something in Dragonflight but who knows …
/edit It also mentions further down that you have to do all the quests in the chain for her to offer you a daily quest.
