I have Scribes quarter in my WoD garrison and have tried to make different tarot trinkets with different “relics of the past” as an optional reagent, and the tooltips before I press “create” indicates that it should make it the intended level, but when the trinkets are created, the item levels all stay the same (lvl43), as if the relics doesnt work! Have tried it several times with different tarots and different relics of the past, both making the item level higher and lower, but it will only make trinkets with item lvl 43!
