I tried to reset my ui settings and disable addons, still doesnt work. It’s happening on all of my EU characters however, when i play on my US account everything is just fine. If someone had a similar problem and knows the solution, Please help

I believe I had this very issue myself a while back. It’s from a console variable set to be off. Can you please try this command ingame in chat and then /reload.
/console buffDurations 1
That should return the timers under your buffs/debuffs within the default UI.
