The quest ‘Gathering Information’, within Dalaran that was released today on Remix is bugged. The final stage where Randall Goldsprocket is supposed to spawn, he isn’t doing so. This appears to be a widespread bug looking at the comments on WoWHead under the comments section for ‘Gathering Information’.

Our developers are aware that the NPC is currently missing, and are working on a fix.
If you encounter another bug in-game, please report it to them, and they will be able to review it for you. Bug fixes are often posted in our Hotfixes and Updates blogs, in the News section of the site.
