Sorry for the late follow-up, but this achievement has been identified as part of a wider issue where some rewards where not delivered via mail, should you have had a full inventory at the time of completion.
While that issue has since been fixed, rewards could not be automatically granted retroactively, and you will need to make a support ticket for assistance.

I’d recommend including the link in your ticket as well, to make sure the Game Master who addresses it is aware of the policy, since this isn’t something we’d normally be assisting with manually.

I linked your post in my ticket. The response i got was:
"A bug affected the achievement reward during Remix and were not resolved before the event ended. After taking a closer look the reward is expected to retroactively be granted by the developers with the upcoming patch 11.0.5 which is expected to arrive on or before October 22, 2024.
It sadness me to not be able to resolve the issue immediately".
Correct me if i’m wrong but the guy is able to resolve this issue immediately.

You should be able to buy all the rewards which weren’t granted properly through achievements in the next patch (vendor on timeless isle).
