So my old phone broke which has my authenticator app. I am sturuggling to remove my authenticator in order for me to get it on my new phone. How can I go about having my authenticator removed?

You have to contact support directly for that, if the automated ways are no good for you. I’ve had to do it before. They wanted ID scanned and sent to them, like a passport or such like.
