Really stop punishing healers playing a role in pvp. ‘’ Healers have to die ‘’
This philosophy belongs to the bin and is a leftover of Shadowlands. Dampening needs to go as dps is far too superior in arena. This is still and MMORPG right? Let me play my role what i enjoy to play.
With the amount of tools and mobility blizzard brought back since sl you can stop drink easily without effort now.
Damp kicks in too fast imo and it’s frustrating especially with the huge dmg meta we got.
Also if op you play rsham, then it’s 10 times harder as rsham got no button to top people instantly on low CD like the Other, unforch rsham shine only when the dmg isn’t retarded
yea theres like no reason to play nelf either for other than trying avoid cc cos u cant drink in shuffle
even if could drink u rly cant, stuff just die in 1 second unless ur there spamming global after global on them especially around 2min
im trying learn disc atm so atleast that doesnt mind so much of this as it would oom anyway if it lasted longer
still it kinda removes big part of playing healer if u dont have to think about mana or drinks, u just there to spam heals as much as u can global after global
its braindead rly compared to real healing where u would optimize ur healing mana efficiency
oh didnt know about that only normal arenas i did yet was 2s with friend around xmas and i was bit drinking irl so didnt pay so much attention on how much drink gives in game
oomed one prevoker in blade’s edge playing rdudu and arms cant remember what dps the enemy healer got but i drank so much in that match that it could rly been nerfed now to think of it
we did win Broxisqt on his demo, later he said it was my moment the highlight of my life
Remove dampening and make mana matter more, but also introduce new mana regen mechanics and cooldowns for it. All this amazing balancing meta was removed because of retarded raiding. So now melee’s gottta have 90% uptime on casters and overtuned toolkits.
Without dampening a healer can solo heal through 5 people, as evident from BGs. In arenas it will either turn into oneshot meta where healer gets cc’d and the dps gets killed in 3 seconds, or it will be endless mana meta.
If you want to remove dampening, healers need to be overall nerfed in PvP so they won’t be able to top people with one instant low cd ability from 1%.
yes because heals currently have so much time to dispel or cast ccs when theyre chasing dps never press a defensive and spamming each global they got into heals till after 2min ppl just die
so like everyone have been saying healers only task currently in soloq is spam heals but on a manner that is not correct as it is like “screw mana efficiency i need spam as hard as i can expensive spells or my guy will die to fart of this dh”
i got rsham,rdruid and now disc. Disc is the only heal from all these that i can do more than “Heal” because i can put 2x 40% reductions on people and big shields with rapture and a 50% dome reduction if people stay on it
with these on my disc i can mc a healer or go full dmg on somebody
on a rdruid or rsham i would just spam heals since start on two naabs running around chasing their own target and dieing random locations while i couldnt do nothing else than spam heals on both
