having access to Meta Eye beam is the problem as it gives Havoc too many spikes of 1 shot capacity…
Remove Meta eye beam and lower the modifier from Essence break and you’re balacning them

That is an awful idea.
It would be the worst thing you could do for gameplay.
I don’t just disagree, i super disagree. I cannot emphasize enough how much i disagree with your statement.
If you are trying to nerf something, this is the worst way to go at it.
