No. Rogue simply should not have silence, when it’s already a CC heavy class. Kick on low CD, stuns, cloak, resets, etc. are more than enough. I can’t understand the logic behind garrote having a silence effect embedded into it, especially when rogues still maintain kick. Playing an actual caster who hardcasts is very frustrating

silence only effect spells player are shouting like battle cry or killcommand and not spells that accure per magic, we are not in hogwarts where spells need too be named too be casted avada kadavra silence
I agree they need to remove garrotte silence, the fact it can be used 3 times is absurd + its aoe braindead as ken
