You FU’ed massively this time in BG’s. Those HoA and Mechagon abilities truly ruin PvP. They deal a sick amount of damage (my necklace managed to do 250k damage the mechagon trinket another 150k. So much fun ye…
It’s even worse than a full t6 glaive rogue in TBC or the Shadowmourne DK/Warrior in Wrath. All you see is lazers and lazers and lazerrrssss and the range of the lazers is so artardedly huge that it turns everyone in ‘little accident murderers’. You can actually hit people just who come running from the graveyard to the base in Arathi Basin.
It truly has become a sh!tfest of artarded beams. There’s even less lazers in an eighties rave party and we all know how they loved their lazers.

Yes you can but not when you already used the interrupt on a chaos bolt, greater pyro, enemy heal or whatever. Because: InTeRrUPt ChAoSBuLtZ/GrEatEr PYrOblAstZ AnD u WiNz!
So please blizz: As you nerfed all traits that gave shields/self healing nerf these HoA and Mechagon trinkets to bits. Fun for pve (I guess?) but a total pain in the butt for pvp.
U know one pummel or kick will stop damaging u in 1 second right? They were never able to use mythic key essence on me. One pummel or kick its over. Pretty useless. U should worry azshara raid one. It cant be interrupted like myhic one.
U say essences shouldnt be in use on pvp. Pve source essences can be interrupted. Shaman has interrupt too. If enemy has mythic key essence on pvp combat they cant dmg u.
Blizz made this game like this. U cant do anything about it
What u should worry is essences are not account bound. And u will be powerless on alts while enemy will have them. It will make unbalanced games on every bg.
Dude you can’t interrupt anything. If you interrupt a stupid Chaos Bolt you get the Neck and trinket on you and you die. If a paladin HoJ’s you and 2 people press a trinket and cast while running you die.
It’s just a stinking cesspool of cow poo and Blizz fails to see how bad they have become in game design. Way before patch 8.1.5 went live PTR people said how these essences and mechagon trinkets would ruin pvp. They were right. Blizz just stands there and does nothing.
I used to spend nearly all my time in Random BG’s all the way from Vanilla and till start BFA, I took a summer holiday and came back to BFA Lazerparty where everybody is high on essences…

They must add Legion templates back. Playing BGs now is not fun at all. Basically, if you don’t do mythic 10+ dungeons there is no place for you in BGs. And playing alts is impossible now. Everyone and their mother run around with 350-450k hp now. And if you join to BG with ilvl less than 420 then you are free HK and you increase a chance that your side will lose. Today I’ve tried to play some BGs on my alts that were shelved for some time and it was hell. Now I’m even considering playing a WoW Classic. Because PVP was more balanced in Vanilla and I’ve had more fun back then. And there was still a chance that you can kill a well-geared player or at least have some fun during BGs and help your teammates. And yes cyclotronic and iris are cancer.
This! I used to enjoy random BGs and spend so much time playing them. Now I rarely do them.
Legion was cancer too. Blizz lost their touch with the player base in/after Cataclysm. Everyone suddenly got legendaries, artefacts and more powerful weapons.
I just tried to do some 3’s as a healer: Got blanket stunned and azerite beamed to death… Seriously I never seen so much cancer in my life. I even tried to trinket it twice but you can’t escape it.
PvP in Vanilla was far from good, you always lost to a (geared) rogue or from a PoM Pyro mage (1 shot lulz!!) then he was bad for 2 minutes and 57 seconds. Warriors were really powerful too with a BWL/AQ40 2h sword and they could kill a mage in a whirlwind or a WF proc. But at least we didn’t get cancer from all the trait stacking, azerite beams and mechagon punchcards…
How much I keep saying that Classic wasn’t perfect, Classic was flawed with the many grindy stuff I honestly do think it’s better than the cancerous cesspool BfA pvp is.
Yeah, it wasn’t perfect and I was thinking that I’m not going to play it. But in the last 2 days, I began to think that I would give a chance to WoW Classic. It certainly won’t be worse (at least there is no azerite traits/cyclotronic and DHs ). I love random BGs, but in the state, they are now it’s just not fun.
I agree with OP. Been one shotted too many times by pve trinkets. It’s simply not fun and it’s not true pvp when you just pop a trinket and pew pew, someones dead.
cyclotronic+beam = deleted. 2 buttons 1 kill ez game ez life hahahaha i 1shot undergeared at random bgs hahaha such fun yy ty blizz …

If some fan boy is defending this sh1t, wow. Game has never been so bad in PvP; already the Maledicts were causing disbelief in people, forcing to save dispell solely for them. Why fix this, but add the azerite sh1t spells and other trinkets.
Animations on all of them look straight out of a kids’ cartoon show, also. Disgusting.
Maledict was a stupid idea too. They already nerfed healing in Arena by 20% base level and then a artarded 1% each second… Yay… How to force people not to play healer in this game?
I really think the majority of the (senior) developers don’t even play this game (and if they do they probably play rogue/mage/priest/druid) because if they did, they would know what kind of mess they made of PvP.
