Don’t panic. Majority of people would reach 63-65, hardcore guys probably 66-70 with that 1 hardcore Twitcher going for 75 max. 5-10 extra skills on average will not make you overwhelmingly powerful.
But will inspire new hybrid builds for sure.

I hate it. This would be another advantage for melees over casters.
Melees would be able to get their weapon skill up and get more str and agi from the level ups.
What do casters get for going to level 65 instead of 60? Almost nothing.
Also the formula “how much agi / int is needed for 1% crit / spellcrit” would increase so going higher levels would decrease your crit chance.
That is not really true.
Spell miss chance is 5% for targets the same level. 6% for targets 1 lvl higher, 7% for targets 2 lvls higher, and a whooping 17% for targets 3 lvls higher. (If i remember that right)
Raid bosses will be lvl 63. So as a caster you would get 12% spell hit chance if you are lvl 63 instead of 60.
But still i am not a fan of the idea.

Seeing how many players complain about not enough changes in SOD or that Blizzard is simply not doing it the way they want, I also wanted to offer something.
