it has nothing to do with history or something like that so why do quests exist? Because, it is not fun anymore to spend so much time to find rare or chest. Painful and annoying quest ever so what about to remove them? There are so MANY people who complain about it as I could see in trade channel.
People dont even report if rare or chest spawn so you sepnd like 30-60 min for quest. Is it fun?

I dont have problems with chest quests but the āraresā i agree are awful even after nerf there is never enough.
Why? Those 2 are probably the easiest quests.
Download the handynotes map add-on for 8.3 zones and youāll see all the possible spawns for rares and chests
Quite a few events spawn a rare or are considered to be rares despite being elites in game. For instance the spirit drinker or Nzoth executioner both count for the 3 rares quest and thereās at least 2 current events in uldum which spawn a rare (summoning ritual will drop 1 and thereās one in the city where you gotta fight waves of mobs and the rare will spawn)
I use handynotes, but it doesnt help you.
I use rarescanner. With it I can see all the spawn points on map for rares, chests and events. Generally speaking its rare to run into even which counts for rare daily so I have it turned off, but rare spawns and chest spawns are visible on map.
Doesnt help much, though, but you can look at it and fly some route between the ones that spawn more often.
Sometimes if you dont mind waiting, you could just sit next to a rare spawn point(s) and go watch youtube and let addon alarm you. This is brutefocing it and tends to take longer than just flying around.
Personally I always try to remember write ā%t at XX:YYā (XX and YY being coordinates while %t pastes your targets name on chat). If there is time that is. Cant really stop write when rare is about to die.
And yes. People almost religiously called all rares in mechagon and nazjatar. Mechagon even so much that people started raging at you, if you started too early. Often people sat next to more important rares for extremely long time not daring to pull itā¦
Now? People dont even bother saying anything most of the time. Some still do, but it is very few people.
Take a look at NPC scan, Rare scanner, Tomcatās tours. Not a problem for me anymore, rather I find more rares than I want to kill, honest with my hand on the heart. 
Shows details like chests and other useful things for visions as well.
I think people call out rares often, but before I get there itās deadā¦ 
Group finder have a lot of rare groups up, havenāt tried myself though.
They should just cut it down to 1 rare and 1 chest.
None of addons can make rare or chest spawn faster. You get it now so it doesnt matter! I vote to remove those 2 quests.

Increasing the spawn rate would already do the trick.
I did todayās 3 rares quests with the events alone, and the respawn faster than rares

I may not do X yet others do it so much sense it makes me askign for removing what others do?
I honestly enjoy both quests more than collecting 12 weapons from Klaxxi, or freeing the petrified Pandaren in the Mogu assault.
These 2 dailies take forever; yesterday I finished the assault and still only had 7/12 weapons

There is solutionā¦just donāt do them. Lets be real, you donāt miss anything out if you donāt do them. You donāt even need to do any of those daily quests and you will still be able to cap weekly cape upgrade.

If this falls under the umbrella of ātaking more time to get done than I have allowed myself for playing the gameā, then you may not be the target market of an MMO any moreā¦ might be time to accept that your life commitments no longer afford you the time to play at the level you used to enjoyā¦
