Dear Devs,

Please remove Stuck Character Service 7-hours cooldown.
We are facing a lot of problems at the moment that is mentioning in the Technical Support forum and in most cases, Stuck Character Service can help.

So if it’s possible, until these issues fix, Please remove the 7-hour cooldown from Stuck Character Service.

I didn’t even know this existed but I believe it exists to prevent overloading the system and/or possible exploit abuse.

I’m only asking for a short time because in the last 9 hours I only played 1 hour because of all the bugs and problems.

The thing is, I took the day off to play and level my main character but in the last 12 hours, I was able to play only 1 hour …
This is the worst release day in the last four expansions.
