Remove the Holiday transmog restrictions

Just wondering why holiday restrictions are still a thing i do believe ff14 lets you wear your santa outfit or what summer outfit all year long. Just wondering why wow has this cause there a few cool items in holiday that work so well for transmogs and just feels bad when you get that perfect look but can only use it for few days

I think restrictions of this kind are good and should be kept as is, otherwise they would dilute the meaning and significance of the holiday & items and make them less special.

how does it make them less special if i can wear it all year round (im not saying you can get it at anytime) i just don’t see the point of getting these items and then if i want my character to look certain way i can only play at those times like christmas time is a busy time but i love the outfit specially the new christmas sweater just cozy look and wish i could have it all year round i don’t know feel like a few items are wasted to be locked behind an event

I like that they made the flower crowns wearable and transmogable all year long, but wish they would do the same for bunny ears and even the lunar dresses

Lunar dresses would look great on Pandaren and doesn’t have to be specific for that holiday.

Sir For those I celebrate with family. I dont celebrate those if I do on a video game which wont have any meaning at all… what is this talk about meaning and significance?

I simply dont understand why you think winter veil is ‘significant’ on a video game?

Its fun they added it, but it doesnt have significant meaning.

What it would do in many cases is make characters that are on an rp server even look good.

I sincerly dont understand why this has to be timed to an event if other games do it, this game should do too imho.

Take look at FFXIV, or non MMO, Monster Hunter World.

That’s ok, you don’t have to understand nor accept it. Or, do you want me to somehow try and persuade you why A is better than B?

PS. I couldn’t care less what other MMOs do, especially Final Fantasy

Why? The events are stale. They dont get updated. They have been the same for years.

The only thing thats significanth nowadays are timewalking events and xx anniversaty tbh

on most holidays, we have exclusive food for it and you dont see it all year long except for a few days.

and it makes it tastier.

I can wear a santa hat all year round IRL, why not in wow?

Because it would be rather nice to keep clownism outside the game

You can wear a candle that is lit on your head but you draw the line at holiday items. you have a quest where you have to help a chef make a big stew out of stuff around the pot and yell yes chef.
