I can get there but i can’t enter. If someone who doesn’t have the MoP legendary cloak triest to enter you get the message “Without the protection of the Celestials you are forcibly ejected from Ordos’ temple!”

Either put a way to get the cloak or remove its requirement to enter that area. Either way works and neither requires a vast amount of developer time.
I have the cloak and will exalt that rep in the next few days, so I’m fine jack.

TBH every lego in WoW nowday is pointless, you have all those cool weapons vanilla - cata, that are just cosmetic (and unobtainable) items now, and some are pain in the back to get. MoP and WoD are just for players that did that content, and Legion/BFA are pointless (especially on your main, not to say rando lego for alt you want to farm with). IIRC in WoD beta they atleast did some PvP scaling for items and it was hella fun, to run with Sulfuron or Thunderfurry that managed to proc. But yes putting content that is obsolete in restriction behind something that is unobtainable is just stupid.

It was probably better to see that 40 or 25 people worked together to get 1 pep a legendary weapon, while the rest didnt get anything.
Also hopefully you dont forget that people with firelands staff, often left their guilds, ruining their prev guild progress both Firelands and Dragonsouls.

This is the dumbest thing I have heard of. Seriously Blizzard? Why? Why would you remove a quest that allows access to a part of the game that is apart of a rep grind for a mount? Get your crap together. Either remove the requirement as or bring back the ability to get the cloak.

If you had actually been there you would know that you get teleported out if you do not have the legendary cloak from MoP.

You really think we did not try at this point? ^^
But it seems you did not. 
You can even hit and eventually KILL the guy with a ranged DPS if you start hitting while still falling, before the teleport… but no cloak = no loot.
