What purpose do they even serve at this point? The cap only limits the fun and variety of builds/specs you can play. I find nothing good for it to exist at this point in the patch.

Agreed. All the cap does is make you feel miserable when you upgraded something to 246 and then the same item drops in the vault at 252…
And also when you want to change specs. Some perform much differently with or without specific secondary stats. Why should we be throttled when we want to play something different and try something new?

Idk how conquest works, but I really love how you need to earn KSM on every alt and yet valor is capped.
Also speaking of why things are in the game, I have been wondering ever since launch, what’s the purpose of the redeemed souls quest being weekly ?
If they are not going to uncap valor; they should at least make it grow exponentially.
Yeah this is also annoying as hell. Though tbh by the time you have enough Valor and the items you will need you will probably have KSM already. Gearing up my Warr I have so many things I need to upgrade and reached fast 1990 score. Still anooying though.
750 valor is pathetic even week one of a new tier.
Well getting KSM is easy (i’m 19 points away and only started 2 weeks ago), my problem with that is that most dungeons have garbage gear and usually classes only need the gear from 2-4 dungeons, at least the classes I’m playing. I am fine with spaming those for currency and gear drops but it’s really annoying to have to slug trough places where all the gear is garbage just for score.
I have almost reached the current 10k Valor cap by upgrading m15 gear that dropped for my alt and I still have so much gear I need to upgrade. If you consider that for fury Warr you have to pay x2 because of dual wield the fact that the currency has a cap is just a sick joke.
