Remove Useless Buffs on Target frames?

When you target someone the target frame in the top left displays not only spell buffs but everything, from what mount they are on, fabulous shirt buff, pvp bonus xp, etc.

So in other words o want to beable to remove the useless info so the frames only show spell buffs and cds used by players.

is there any addons for this?
