I cannot throw or sell the item named “Charged Scale of the Blue Aspect”, which was given as a result of the campaign quest I completed, from my bag.
And what’s hard to believe is that this item says “This has been removed from the game”.
If the item was deleted, why is it in my bag? Why can’t I sell it or delete it from my bag?
If it’s this item (there’s more than one item with that name):
Can you not add it to your neck piece in the heart chamber. Basically use the item to get rid of it? It makes sense in a way that you can’t destroy it as it was important back in BFA and there would of been no way to get it back as it was a quest reward.
Also i’m curious, where do you see “This has been removed from the game”? As you say it is strange if it says that and it’s still in your bags. Are you using a bag addon?

You need a higher trust level to post images directly on the forum so your only way is to upload the image to a image host of choice then post the link, but you’ll have to place the link in a blockquote to get past the forum block.
I just asked about the bag addon becuase they can cause problems with items but that’s obviously not the problem if you don’t use one.
Strange you can’t even add it to the neck. The neck traits i think are now inactive but thought it would let you add them still since there were acheivements behind adding them.
Not sure what else to suggest, even WoWHead doesn’t seem to mark it as removed. Maybe it’s just a bug. Did you get the item recently from the quest or has it been in your bags for a while?

I can’t understand why I can’t use this item for Neck. It’s only a short while before I’m exalted in Champions of Azeroth. I’ll try it after this happens. If not, I will ask for help again.
It can only be used near the console in the chamber of heart while wearing the necklace. Have you tried doing that?
Of course, I always added these white additional power items in the same room.

Yeah that text seems to be addon related. Still not sure why you can’t add/use it though. It’s too long ago for me to remember exactly how it all worked but i wondered since that’s rank 4, do you have rank 3 already in the neck, maybe that’s a requirment before you can add rank 4?
Yes, I have rank 3 and it is even embedded in the neck. I will update here after a while, positive or negative.
Rank 4s were exclusive to that expansion as far as I recall. They stopped being obtainable after SL prepatch ended, which may also mean it’s no longer possible to apply them.
I believe they’re obtainable on accounts that had them in BFA, at least the Crucible of Flame one is, which is the only one I did personally get.
