Please Blizz, do not remove double tap. You will kill an entire spec with that one change. For both PvP and PvE. The changes you’re proposing around this are so bizarre. Removing an ability for a passive that will be barely noticeable. The only thing that could replace double tap would be something off of GCD thats useable whilst casting aimed shot that allows you to move whilst casting aimed shot, 2 charges, with a 30 second recharge time or something along those lines. It could be called Strafe Shot, idk. But the current proposed removal/change will kill the spec entirely.

The problem is, the hunters are so strong with their ability to kite the fury warrior and stay away from them for two seconds out of every minute. Additional, the survivability is too strong because you can heal yourself once in two minutes, with the strength of a druid fart. Finally, the damage is average to other specs which can not be accepted, and the spec will be nerfed to appease the melee players.

Honestly, the only saving grace of MM hunter right now is the Double Tap burst. If they remov that I wonder how the hell is MM hunter supposed to play in an arena.

Update: Just lost to a marksman because of a 140k kill shot. Balance that ability and I’d be more sympathetic to your double tap plight.

Double tap burst is the only thing MM Hunters have right now. They have crappy defensive CDs and they can barely kite one melee due to the huge amount of gap closers melee have.

How is it infinite cc? Sorry, but where are those “infinite”, and “7/24 cc rotation” rogues? Cheap shot (requires stealthy), kidney (unending 20-sec cd, requires combo point, should be used on 5 combo points, at 5 combo points it stuns you for 6 sec.), blind (2 min cd, damage breaks cc, this is a frigging joke) … one of them comes with a huge huge huge cost of damage and? Did you ever play rogue?
The worst thing a rogue can do to you is to stun you at 20-sec intervals for 6 seconds. If you don’t know how to use your immunities and trinket that is, and?
Tldr; Rogues, as Blizzard’s stepchild class need some huge buffs, both damage and cc-wise, to keep its playability.

The other day a rogue opened on me and as a fully PvP geared mail wearer I thought I would hold my trinket - bad idea, went from 100 to 0 in cheap shot, not even joking.
Do you think trinket or game over is good game design?

Man, that rogue has some good gear, you cant kill someone with similar gear in a single kidney.
If any other class has far more better gear than you, they will also kill you in 6 sec.

Do you understand that conquest is time gated? It is impossible to significantly outgear me, but nice mental gymnastics.

Lmao double tap to a mm is like combust to fire or shadow dance to a sub. It’s basically your main cooldown for PvP that can be easily countered. Removing it will literally kill mm in PvP, while it isn’t even close to being the best spec atm

MM huntar, with current op damage, should be isolated from PvP or they should seriously nerfed. This is a broken game play, such broken, playing a MM huntar can even considered as a cheating.

I don’t play rogue. I have 3 level 70s and this rogue is not one of them.
That guy is a troll with a Bias against mm Hunter’s you’re best of blocking his stupidity.
What Blizz is doing to MM Hunter’s is horrible, but what can we expect from a company that has no direction on how class fantasy works anymore.
