Removing Health Bar

I have a problem with a Health bar that appears just below my char and its a pain as its not click through, so regularly end up self targeting mid fight or when i want to loot. cannot seem to find any way of turning this off.

It must be part of the Blizzard UI as I’ve turned off all add-on’s (completely removed my Interface file to be sure) and its still there. Has been for a while now and I just kind of left it but it is really getting in the way and bugging me more.

It only shows when in combat and cannot see any setting or options in the menu.

EDIT:
Ok Wife just came home and solved this one for me.

Option is in Interface - Names - “Personal Resource Display”
UNtick this to remove it.

Hi,

you can disable this bar as follows:

  1. Press Esc and click on the “Interface” button to go to the Interface Menu
  2. Click on the Submenu “Names”
  3. Uncheck “Personal Resource Display” under “Unit Nameplates”
