Rename ghost wolf and set the blue appearance by default

i suggest the title suggestion for shaman

I helped a newcomer recently and he believed that due to ghost wolf name and he was clear transparent he believed he was invisible

I agree that it tend to confusion for newcomers, and we have other model of ghost wolf

Let’s make the blue one by default at least so newcomers don’t have false believe on this :smile:
