Hi! If I use 8 Renascent Shadowflame can I get more later on or not?

I mean… Is it the maximum number of charges the max number of charges I can hold at the same time or the maximum number of charges I can get on this character the rest of the patch. Can I use in 11 weeks like 11 charges?
