Trying to get the Gold and Red Armor for my Renewed Protodrake - it is supposed to be sold by Either Wrathions or Sabellians Quartermasters. I am best buddy with both of them.
Renewed Proto-Drake: Gold and Red Armor is obtained by completing ALL Waking Shores Advanced races at silver or above.
Sabellian rep was black and gold.
