Is there a reason why this cant be applied during soothing mist? Feels clunky that you cant.
Plus would be nice if they made it so it multiple renewing mists dont override each other.

Nobody knows why you can’t beam them down SooM, but most MW’s won’t use SooM very often anyway.
If you cast ReM on a target that already has it and anyone in your party is below 100%, it should get paid forward, so your current target gets the fresh one and the other person gets the older one. In a panic, if you cast on yourself things will juggle around and the whole party ends up with one. It’s not terrible as smart heals go
