Not sure if i am missing something, i am renown capped with kyrian and would like to remain kyrian but use the 60 renown set of necrolord. When i switch to Necrolord to grind renown the option to transmog to the 60 Renown of Kyrian set goes away, i can use the campaign set though. I thought that we could use any set that we had unlocked in 9.1.5 on any covenant? Is this intended or a bug as if it is intended and the 60 renwon sets remain none cross covenant i shall save myself the grind and effort
i have all Convent renown 60-70 i cant use the trasmog or mounts from other convenants 
It’s a bit buggy i think, have my Kyrian plate set, tried to swap to necrolord and my character was de-trasmogged.
But my Druid as you can see, I am Venthyr while using the Head from 9.1 NF set and Belt from 9. 0 NF campaign
You have to get to 80 on that covenant (once per account) to use the tmog. I have all four at 80 and can freely switch on any character. (even <60s)
Did you check if diff Covenant mounts count towards the achievement now?
Which achievement - the 400 one? I have almost 650 so cannot look.
Yep, I recently got into Mounts so that boost from all the covenants could be handy, but I was not tracking how many I had before, so idk if they actually count or not.

I see, sorry I can’t help. They only show total mounts on the tab now (they removed useable mounts in the stats page a while back, which seems silly)
You need to get Necrolord renown 80 then. Then the Necrolord cosmetic stuff unlocks account wide.
I can confirm the sets become fully accountbound only once you get to renown 80 in that specific covenant.
if you’re not 80 in that specific covenant, you can use the covenant mog only if you belong to that covenant at the moment.
if you want to use any necro mog, while being a kyrian, you need to get to renown 80 with the necrolords.
I am 80 with kyrian
When I switch to necrolord which is 57 I can transmog into my kyrian campaign set no issues
But my 60 renown kyrian set which I have unlocked as I am 80 on that covenant is unusable on necrolord
My issue is I want to wear the 60 renown necrolord cov set as kyrian, but if I can’t wear the maxed out kyrian set as necrolord it doesn’t look like it’s possible. It lets me use the standard campaign sets cross covenant but isn’t letting me use the 60 sets which is the 1 I want
You need to get to 80 as a nercrolord. It will unlock then on all characters on the account regardless on covenant (or even level)

It isn’t much of a grind, 57-80 wont take long… comp stomp can give renown so spam if you fancy.
I went from 40-65 yesterday on an alt just doing the callings, killing the world bosses, saving souls and a few ‘comp stomps’ About 2 hours play
fan to grind all to 80 on same chacther …
I was so excited to wear the Venthyr renown 60 set on this rogue… off to the grind I go lol

swapped my rogue from necro to venthyr and can use the same sets i grinded on my venthyr war from korthia which i swapped to kyrian
warbreaker bladestorm and now 3rd choice for aoe spear of bastion
and i love how the sinful inquisitor robe looks on my rogue
and the lvl 40 renown token gives the mount few anima tokens and the title
If Renown 80 unlocks all cosmetics account wide, just level Renown on 1 character for each Covenant… the way they seem to be throwing levels around even four characters won’t take that long.
Is my inner pedant right in thinking that OP means L60, Renown 80…?
I can use them all
