Today my repeat last message broke and I cant figure out how to get it back. If I recall correctly it broke after I uppdated ELVUI!
To try and fix the problem I have disabled every single addon and I even removed my entire WTF directory the problem however persists. A mate in my guild seem to have gotten the same problem.
Any Ideas?
Hey there Spaceinuface,
Certain Addons and Interface modifications can sometimes adjust settings for the game that don’t have user manageable options, which sounds to have been the case here for you. To resolve this, can you first try Resetting In-Game Options, and then check to see if that helps.
If you continue to have errors, an addon or macro may have changed a console variable. You can reset this by typing the following command into your in-game chat box and pressing enter. You may receive a permission error, but the command will still work.
/console cvar_default
I hope the above helps, and I wish you all the best
Sadly it wouldnt work either I’m reinstalling the entire game now.
EDIT:
Lovely reinstall did not work either… I uninstalled wow classic from my D: Drive and installed it on C: Instead.
Logged in and I have the same issiue with NO ADDON installed at all. A clean fresh install and I still cant access my most recent message.
How can this issue live through a fresh install? Where are my keybinds located and what would this feature be named in there?
Should I even look through my keybinds if not where should I look?
EDIT2:
Now I got a LUA error on the fresh install:

Seems related to chat also. What is going on? I still have not been adding any addons.
Not sure if there is other topics on this but it is certainly still an issue.
