I haven’t been able to find anything but TomTom screws up my entire addon collection on a regular basis.

I’ve noticed a lot of people in game now using the new map ping system, seems to work great for alerting others to rares or even things like the bee events in Stormsong.
Is that enough or do you still need an addon with more features?

Yes, because it’s made to share a location with fellow players, which is indeed nice!
But it shows neither distance nor direction, so it’s still quite worthless for me.

The new tool shows both distance and direction.

It doesn’t show the target location nor range for blue world quests (rare kills).

It does indeed. Well, that’s kinda embarrassing…
However, it’s all over the screen when you move the picture, that feels somewhat annoying.
Arrow & distance stays in the same place.
I know, sounds kinda like a spoiled child…

Indeed it has! Crazy arrow suddenly comes up with so many errors, I have to wipe my UI clean, so I can’t have it enabled.
But there isn’t another like it? It’s such a simple addon & it hasn’t been updated since 7.0.3. Something there made it go crazy.

I have no problem with tomtom and it was update 6 days ago, just download the last version.
Only because the rare is up in your screenshot. When it’s not up, it won’t show it and you’ll have to find out where it is yourself.
