Good evening! Had a problem in game, so game master told me to write here. I don`t receive travelers tender like 3 month in a row, so need to fix it. Also gm did not said, where to send screenshots of my done tasks. Thanks!
He told you to report it on the Bug Reports Forum, which is on the US forms, not the EU forums. The EU forums do not take bug reports. In the EU regions, bug reports are made by the bug reporting tool, which is not a GM ticket.
I can’t post images, I lost my TL-3, so maybe someone else will post the image with the big arrow pointing to the bug report button.
That sounds more like something you need to raise a ticket for. It does sound like a bug as well, but if you haven’t received any tenders since it started, then it’s also a personal issue related to you and your account (as it’s working for most people).
Click on the “?” in-game, choose “support” and raise a ticket that way. I have no idea of an easy way to raise a ticket, because often you just get sent round in circles of “self help” that isn’t relevant to your issue, so I’d suggest just working your way through all the options until you get one that allows you to raise a ticket.
Unfortunately you’ll probably find that, in about a week or so, you’ll get an automated reply telling you to do something you’ve already checked while you were going round in circles with the ticketing system, and it will close your ticket, telling you to re-open it if it didn’t solve your issue. But there will be no way to re-open it so you’ll have to raise a new ticket, and refer to your previous one. But at least you’ll be on the right page then so you don’t have to go round in circles again

Honestly … I’ve just tried to go through the process myself, both in-game and on the website, and just cannot find the option to raise a ticket. Good luck!
By the way … you shouldn’t have to send a screenshot of your completed tasks … they have access to your account and should be able to see that progress.
If you do wish to report a bug, that’s easier, but you don’t get any response to that. Bug reports just seem to get thrown into a bucket to be dealt with later (in theory )
