Ok, I tryed to report a bug in Mechanar and useed the helpsystem in game. That send me to the US forum and that have a demand you must have a char at last lvl 10 at US server. Is it only americans who can report bugs or??? But anyway the Gatewatchers dont drops any keys so you cant open the lootbox.
It shouldn’t send you to the forum for reporting bugs.
To report a bug in-game:
Press Esc or click the ? button to open the menu.
Click Support.
Click Submit feedback or bug report.
Enter the details of the bug into the Submit a bug description box, making sure to follow the guidelines outlined on the submission form.
Click Submit.

The support article includes a link to the US bug report forum. This causes confusion but Blizzard want to keep that in place to let people know there is one on the other region forum.
For EU players to post there we have to attach a US starter account to our existing Bnet and then level to 10. Then we can post there courtesy of our EU sub.
However it’s easier to just do a bug report in game. You won’t get a reply on the US bug report forum any more than filing a bug report in game.
