Your report system needs looking at. It’s completely lazy and can be heavily abused.
Say you’re doing a game, someone doesn’t like what you’re doing in that game so tells everyone to report you, and comes up with some lie. That player gets reported by multiple people, and gets action taken for doing nothing wrong.
You already get actioned for the most ridiculous things in game. This just makes people worry about saying a single thing anymore because of report abuse.
That is true, but there are also cases when this system is needed. I’ve lost 3 or 4 games this season to true griefers/wintraders or else I can’t explain. Healer joining at 2.2k mmr then NEVER leaving base, 0 heal 0 damage all game, and when asked about it he /lol or /wink. So not AFK/DC/Game crash either, just intentional grief or maybe win booster for the enemy. Other time flag carrier kept flag for 3 minutes without capping until the enemy took the base in Eots (we were behind and not having 2 bases, so no winning strategy involved), then gave the enemy the flag, and /lold.
We all reported them, and they deserve to be punished in some way. Those were no noob mistakes.
I wish there was a way to fully blacklist players from any of your games. That would simply reduce the need of reporting. Make it full account wide ban for a dude you NEVER wanna see again.
I would take increased queue time if needed, whatever makes these people go away.
