As the title says, the report system is not available. I noticed this when I discovered the boosters in the dungeon tool again. Do whatever you want with this information… 
Also when I tried to sumit a bug the ingame tool trys to lead me into the us forum as eu player

Couldn’t report a bot and, like the OP, booster adverts in LFG.
Yea, it’s been down a day or two. Starting to think it has something to do with MoP remix.
I’ve had this same problem, really annoying as I see lots of stuff to report both in group listings, and sellers in newcomer chat.
Same here. Can’t report spammers in Group Finder.
Same, couldn’t report salty lose that flamed in whisper after he went out negative in shuffle and tried to blame everyone else but himself.
Same here, the group finder is starting to get covered with adds again

To be fair it may as well be unavailable, the tool is useless as reports are seemingly never acted upon anyway. I’ve reported character names that are without a shadow of a doubt in breach of TOS in the past and the names were never changed. Reading over the TOS, it was clear the names were in direct violation of them.
There are of course, numerous other times I’ve reported abuse and seemingly nothing happened.
Waste of time. Not unexpected however, when a system such as this is shrouded in secrecy where rule-breakers aren’t allowed to be named or outcomes of penalties not shared it’s plainly open for reports to be ignored and binned.
