You can’t pretend to be either by using your own brain and fingers to swear do you?

Im not doing it but when somoene else swear I dont mind… This is why I turned filter off… and I wont report them whenever they say…

My question would be: so…eventually after some reports a GM reviews the case. Does he use personal (subjective) judgement to issue a suspension, or are there set guidelines (i don’t know…specific words whatever) that they need to follow.

The GM’s follow guidelines and then issue a template based on what category the infringement was in. Sometimes these get sent out in waves, for example in cheating/bots etc.

The profanity filter is not an excuse for you to swear as that is not allowed at all in the game. Even when they have it on, players tend to be funny and swear around it.

Then the profanity filter should be on 24/7 if you are not allowed to use it at all and words should be blacklisted.

Mostly, the mature language filter is not intended to give someone permission to use language that would otherwise be considered against our policies. It serves as a temporary shield, to help parents of minors and others, who do not wish to see such language, to block it.

This has already been addressed by quoting me earlier.

I dont care what some blue post says if they didnt want it in the game they would blacklist the words.

Its aimed at snowflakes getting offended by it thats all.
