I need help to speak to a GM or submit a ticket. I couldn’t report said player in game i wasn’t getting an option to do so. Please someone help. He made abbusive comments about my 5yr old daughter
That’s the lowest thing one can do. Try reporting him or submit a ticket.
Also, how did he knew about the existence of your 5 years old daughter? Nevertheless, don’t let this kind of comments ruins your day. Ignore them!
he only knew about my daughter because he made a comment such as get to 70 already and i said try that with a 5 yr old daughter and wife working full time lol then he turned dark, ive tried to submit a ticket and i cant, hopefully someone from blizz sees this

not for one second sir am I doubting whats been said or that I wouldn’t feel the same way as you had it been me.
But hopefully you screenshotted whatever exchange was had so to further help with getting some assistance with this.
In case I misunderstood I apologise, but if you right click on a name, there should be a report option. Just in case you weren’t aware as it’s quite a bit faster than trying your luck with the (horrible) ticket system 
I hope you can reach Blizzard about it, and that they look into it for you.

That sucks man, unfortunately there are alot of basement dwellers that think this form of communication is being social. Screw them.

some think such behaviour wont get them in trouble. then again some thought afking in bgs wont either. some lack critical information as both of those give them a vacation goodluck on the hunt.
Ignore, report and move on, let the toxic troll do what he thinks makes him a great person (not).

You sound like it’s your first day on the internet mate. Also a dad of 2, wouldn’t mention my kids in game ever.
World chat daily has outright hatred towards gays and people of all races freely spouted in it. Naming convention has been done away with unless we police it.
Even if you get this idiot banned there’s a sea of them. This isn’t the old WoW with community reps and GM’s.
Never mention your kids in game to randoms again.
